Drew Williams LLC is a full service home renovation contractor servicing Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties. We are licensed and insured and have over 40 yeas of experience. We specialize in custom tile work, including showers, feature walls, flooring, ceilings, backsplashes, and more. Our installers work with various types of flooring, including tile, stone, hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl, and laminate. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service to our clients.
Our Process
At Drew Williams LLC, we believe that communication is key to ensuring a successful project. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and vision, and to provide them with a clear understanding of our process.
Our process begins with a consultation with Drew Williams, followed by a construction estimate & scheduling. Once a contract has been signed, pickup and delivery of all contractor and customer purchased materials will be made by us and pre-construction preparation and furniture removal will be completed. Once pre-construction preparation is finished, demolition can begin and all work site trash can be removed and hauled away for disposal. All installation of new materials will now be installed while continuing communication with the client through the process. Finally a project manager will walk through to inspect and ensure we have gotten to all the finishing touches.
Cosultation with Drew
During the preconstruction design phase, Drew will work with clients to get a detailed plan that outlines the scope of the project, budget, timeline, and materials. He will also provide guidance on the most efficient and effective solutions to meet our your needs.
Construction Estimate
Based on the work needed, Drew will provide our clients with a detailed estimate that outlines the cost, timeline, and materials for the project. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the estimate meets their budget and needs.
On-Site Consultations
Throughout the project, we provide on-site consultations to ensure that the work is progressing as planned and that our clients are satisfied with the results. We address any concerns or questions our clients may have and provide regular updates on the progress.
The Finishing Touches
At Drew Williams LLC, we believe that the finishing touches are just as important as the main project. A "Punch Out" list is made toward the end of the project and all the final touch ups and any last minute corrections are addressed. We pay attention to every detail to ensure that the final result meets or exceeds our clients' expectations.
